Paddle Sports Specialist
The Camp Tracy Boating Program provides an excellent variety of boating experiences. Campers Learn paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. We teach safety procedures, boating skills, lots of fun games, and all other basic skills needed. Duties include safety checks on boating equipment and waterfront, teaching the boating curriculum, and creating boating-related games and activities for special camper events. Must be 18 or older.

Ropes Course Specialist
The Camp Tracy ropes course specialist teaches ages 5 through 15 the basics of low and high ropes in small group settings. Facilitate a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere where campers can build confidence and skill in an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive setting. Duties include safety checks on climbing equipment and ropes course elements, teaching the ropes course curriculum, and creating ropes course-related games and activities for special camper events. Must be 18 or older

Athletics Specialist
Our Athletics Program introduces campers to many different field games and sports. Candidates should be able to facilitate a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere where campers can build confidence and skill in an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive setting. Duties include safety checks on sports equipment and fields/courts, teaching the athletics curriculum, and sports-related games and activities for special camper events.

Our Archery Program provides campers with instruction and experience in archery. Candidates should be able to facilitate a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere where campers can build confidence and skill in an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive setting. Duties include safety checks on archery equipment and range, teaching the archery curriculum, and creating archery-related games and activities for special camper events. Must be 18 or older and possess a Basic Archery Instructor Certification or equivalent.

Arts and Crafts Specialist
This specialist needs to be able to facilitate a creative, exciting, happy, and engaging environment Specialists should be able to lead a group of children to express their creativity through art. Duties include teaching the arts and crafts curriculum and creating arts and crafts-related games and activities for 9 weeks.

Outdoor Education Specialist
Spend the summer outside teaching ages 5 through 15 about the great outdoors. This specialist should be able to provide opportunities for a fun and safe experience that cultivate the personal development of our campers. Duties include safety checks on equipment and the setting(s) being used, teaching the outdoor education curriculum, and creating outdoor education-related games and activities for special camper events. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Lifeguards
Spend the summer on the Maine waterfront working with an energetic camp staff and overseeing up to 175 campers per day. Duties will include guarding the waterfront as well as teaching and helping with swim lessons. Work directly with the Waterfront Director and Day Camp Coordinator to create a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere for campers. Must be 16 or older and possess current Waterfront Lifeguard Certification.

Theatre Specialist
Teach 5-15-year-olds the basics of theater. Work on camp skits, songs, drama and theater games two days a week. The theater specialist is responsible for engaging campers in creative ways in order to foster the drama spark they might have. Must be 18 years or older and have applicable theater or drama experience.

Counselor
Twenty Positions Available
Our counselors spend the summer outside on the Maine waterfront working with youth between the ages of 5 and 15 in small group settings. Work together with your co-counselors to lead your group through their daily schedule and help the Program Specialists facilitate activities during ropes course, archery, swimming, boating, outdoor education, athletics, and arts and crafts periods. Expand upon leadership, organization, and communication skills while making a lasting, positive impact on the youth in our community.
Must be 15 years of age or older.

Waterfront Director
One Positions Available
The waterfront director is responsible for overseeing 4-5 other lifeguards and up to 175 campers per day. Conduct in-service training and schedule lifeguards according to the needs of the camp. Facilitate and administer daily swim lessons to ages ranging from 5 to 15. Work directly with the Day Camp Coordinator and Camp Director to create a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere for campers.
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess current Waterfront Lifeguard Certification.

Group Coordinators
Three Position Available
Group Coordinators help oversee the Camp Tracy Staff and move from group to group checking in with campers. Candidates for this position should be ready to help the Day Camp Coordinator and Camp Director plan theme activities, support counselors during daily activities, work with campers on behavior management, and help counselors in training learn leadership skills.

Day Camp Coordinator
Spend the summer outside on the Maine waterfront overseeing 20 camp staff and up to 175 campers between the ages of 5 and 15 per day. Facilitate a safe, happy, and fun atmosphere through collaborative efforts with Group Coordinators and the Camp Director. Plan weekly special events, support counselors during daily activities, and communicate when necessary with campers families. This high-energy position requires a passion for helping the youth in our community.
